I’m Neil Hedge and I would like to welcome you to my web site. I have specialised as a self employed  painter and decorator for over 20 years.

When I started on my own in 1979 many of my contemporaries opted to work in the building and commercial world . But I have always preferred “home decorating”.

The feeling of achievement when you bring about a “transformation” of someone's home gives me real satisfaction . I think this is partly because I tend to treat my customers homes as I would treat my own and do whatever work that is required. I also promise you no transistor radios or muddy boots.

I think it is because of my attention to detail that I have been asked to work on a variety of properties ranging from  council houses to mansions. In that time I have built up a large group of clients who have become more like friends than customers. In fact sometimes I think that going to work is almost like going back home.
